Magnolia Management Group was founded in 2018 by Leah Luzier and Keaton Swartz, two Cleveland-based management professionals with combined decades of experience providing management support to social service organizations Education Alternatives and REACH Behavioral Health.

Since its inception, Magnolia has expanded its client base to include CJ Hendry Counseling Center, Clutch Automotive, and Magnolia Leasing.

Magnolia’s leadership team are passionate about building a dynamic, thriving community in Cleveland and the surrounding areas and believe that management support is the critical resource in launching organizations ready to meet that challenge.
